Privacy Policy

Summary

Tipheo Flow is a fleet management app for owners of a small number of vehicles. Everything you record, including vehicles, trips, fuel costs, renewal documents and notes, is stored locally on the device where you installed the app. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and does not transmit your records to us or to anyone else.

This policy is published by Antiochus Nisolopouloz ("we", "us"), the developer of Tipheo Flow. Effective date: 10 September 2026.

Information you enter into the app

The app only holds what you type into it. Depending on which screens you use, this can include:

• Fleet screen: vehicle names or identifiers, per-vehicle notes and documentation you choose to write.
• Record Trip screen: distance travelled and fuel cost for each trip you log by hand.
• Fuel Cost screen and fleet settings: the current fuel price you set for the fleet.
• Renewals screen: document names, installation dates, renewal dates, coverage periods and reference numbers.

Efficiency figures, fuel estimates, cost per kilometre and the 30-day summary are calculated on the device from those entries. We never see them.

Where your data lives

All records are written to the app's private storage area on your phone or tablet. They are not uploaded to a server operated by us. The app works fully offline and does not require an internet connection to record trips, calculate fuel costs or manage renewal documents.

Because the data is on the device, anyone who can unlock the device can open the app and see it. We recommend using your device's screen lock.

What we do not collect

• No account registration, email address, phone number or password.
• No GPS or location tracking. Trip distances are entered manually by you.
• No analytics, crash-reporting or usage-measurement SDKs.
• No advertising identifiers and no advertising networks.
• No cookies, fingerprinting or cross-app tracking.
• No sale, rental or sharing of personal data with third parties.

Device permissions

Tipheo Flow does not request location, camera, contacts, microphone or network permissions for its core features. If a future version adds an optional feature that needs a permission, the operating system will ask you first, and the feature will remain usable without it wherever possible.

Backups and deletion

If you have enabled a device-level backup service from your operating system vendor (for example an iCloud or Google backup), the app's local data may be included in that backup under the vendor's own privacy terms. We do not operate or have access to those backups.

You can edit or remove any vehicle, trip or renewal document at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its local data from the device.

When you email support

If you contact us at nisolopouloz@sopinsinglemember.com, we will receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, keep it only as long as needed to resolve the request, and do not add it to any mailing list.

Children

Tipheo Flow is a business tool intended for vehicle owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no personal data we have no way to identify a child user. If you believe a child has used the app to email us, contact us and we will delete the message.

Changes to this policy

If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app store release notes for the version that introduces them.
